The last 20 years have been spent in the property industry. Thirteen of those working within the flexible workplace sector for the global market leader, where he and his team successfully sold workplace solutions to blue chip organisations, SME’s and start-ups. In his last role as UK Managing Director of a vacant property security specialist, Simon worked with local authorities, pension funds, commercial and residential property owners along with central government in securing their vacant property assets.
